Who are we?
Our story began at a quaint local bazaar in Loxahatchee, Florida. Eager to connect with my community, I decided to share a piece of my heritage by baking Challahs. Little did I know, the whispers of an Israeli Jewish baker would spread like wildfire, drawing people from all corners to savor authentic Israeli Baked Goods. Born and raised in Israel to Jewish parents with heritage spanning Egypt and Iraq and roots touching the soils of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Lebanon and Syria, I was fortunate to grow up amidst a kaleidoscope of vibrant, nutritious, and utterly delectable cuisines. Join me as I embark on this flavorful journey. Your support means the world to me, and I can't wait to share the rich tapestry of Middle Eastern delights that have colored my life with joy and taste. Kosher & Kosher-Style Catering with Heart
At Olives & Saffron, we lovingly prepare food inspired by the traditions of kosher cooking. Our dishes follow kosher-style guidelines: we never use pork or shellfish
and we don't mix meat and dairy. While our kitchen is not under rabbinic supervision, we take great care in how we source and prepare our meals. Many of our clients who keep a kosher-style home find our food aligns beautifully with their needs.
If you prefer certified kosher meat, we’re happy to accommodate that request—just let us know when placing your order. This option is available for an additional charge, and we work only with trusted kosher suppliers like Empire, Teva & Solomon's Glatt Kosher.

In the aftermath of the tornadoes that recently swept through Loxahatchee, the devastation was felt deeply by families who lost so much. At Olives & Saffron, we couldn’t stand by without offering support. Over the past days, we’ve had the privilege of preparing and delivering nourishing meals to many families affected by the storms. While their homes may have been damaged, the warmth of community remains strong, and we are proud to have played a small part in helping to feed those in need during this challenging time.
