On August 28, Olives & Saffron will start delivering vibrant Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours straight to your door. Born from a love of Israeli home cooking and a desire to make healthy eating effortless, our weekly meal‑prep service pairs the bold aromas of za’atar, saffron and fresh herbs with nutrient‑rich produce and responsibly sourced proteins. Each week you’ll be able to choose from a curated menu of ready‑to‑eat meals and meal kits, ranging from succulent chicken shawarma bowls and fragrant saffron rice with lamb kofta to vegan delights like roasted vegetable falafel wraps. We prep and portion everything for you, so the only thing you’ll need to do is savor the taste.
